Irma’s sandwich shop – summary

Irma likes a lot of to do sandwich; nevertheless she doesn’t like to eat them. She believes that can do all kinds of sandwich, this way that she decides to open a shop of sandwich in a corner, whit that the persons could see her shop. Her shop was done very popular, she tape-worm all kinds of bread, she prepare itself, likewise tape-worm all the ingredients that we could imagine, and if she don’t have the ingredient she go to buy it.

When Irma starts with her shop, she acquired two frequent customers, they go every day. One of them was  Reuben, he order the same sandwich each day, was a simple sandwich, but was his favorite, so Irma put it sandwich in her menu whit the name “Reuben sandwich”.  And the other was little Joey, he order a different sandwich each day, one day he order a bigger sandwich, was incredible, everybody believe that he couldn’t eat it, but he do and just have a big burp.

With the time Irma’s sandwich shop is most famous, everybody wants eat her food, it include animals. One day when Irma is in the kitchen Sammy snake came out of the dishwasher to order a sandwich of rat and lizard with bug and Irma do it for him. After that van the vulture came out and orders a sandwich, he want it be rancid and with rat opossum and honey, Irma hasn’t all ingredients, so she go out to found it in the street, and do the sandwich that he want.

At the end of the story, Billy the goat arrive the shop and order a new challenge to Irma, her biggest challenge. He order: crushed tin cans, old socks, thistles, a bird nest, an old book, a head of cabbage. A sandwich like it was a really sandwich to Irma, but she can do it. After this sandwich she knows and proves that she can do all kind of sandwich.
